You and your family are invited to our annual Christmas Holiday potluck dinner party on Saturday, December 9th starting at 6pm.
The party will be held at The Ken Caryl Ranch House (an old favorite location):
7676 S Continental Divide Rd, Littleton, CO 80127
Continuing our tradition, we ask that everyone please bring food in enough quantity to share with the group. We will need entrees, side dishes, salads, desserts, etc. Please bring serving utensils for your dish.
One of our club meeting locations, The Copper Kettle Brewing Company, has generously donated a couple cases of their beer for our party. However, other beverages will be BYOB. Please consider bringing an extra bottle of wine, or extra soft drinks or waters to share. You will be able to indicate this on the signup sheet. The facility will have tap water available.
The club will furnish cups, plates, dinnerware, napkins, etc.
Finally, we will continue our fun tradition of a white elephant gift exchange. Please bring wrapped gifts (nothing expensive please!) to the dinner, To participate in the exchange you must bring a gift. A ticket will be provided for each gift brought. Each ticket entitles the person to get one gift from the wrapped gifts that remain, OR to steal a previous gift from someone else. Each gift may be "stolen" up to two times and then becomes safe. And to clarify by example, if a family brings one gift, the family is entitled to pick one gift. If the family brings three gifts, they are entitled to pick three gifts. That way we ensure everyone who participates by bringing a gift is able to end up with a gift. So, if you have kids, you probably ought to bring one gift per kid
